- 500 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of almond oil (14 g)
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds or flaxseed (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary (10 g)
- 1 spoonful of horsetail (10 g)
- Place in a pot half a liter of water, flax seeds, rosemary, horsetail and almond oil (this can be replaced by coconut or olive oil).
- Cook the mixture over low heat and leave it to boil, for about 20 or 25 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
