3. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

ACV helps in weight loss by breaking down the fat in your body. Mix two spoons of apple cider vinegar with one glass of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach daily.

Note – Apple cider vinegar helps reduce weight, and at the same time, it slowly depletes your bone density. Therefore, try not to drink more than 2 spoons of it daily. If you are a woman above 40 years, then avoid following this weight loss remedy.

4. Hot Water
